Brasil TecPar’s Whistleblowing Channel is available to all employees and to the general public. It is a dedicated channel for reporting suspicious actions or any conduct that violates the Code of Ethical Conduct, internal policies, or applicable laws.

All information submitted here is received by an independent and specialized company, Compliance Box, ensuring absolute confidentiality and proper handling of each case, as well as impartiality throughout the investigation.

Reports may be submitted anonymously or with identification, either through the link below or by calling 0800 880 5555 (available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week).

No retaliation against good-faith reporters will be tolerated.

All reports will receive a response. You may track the progress of your case and interact with the Ethical Conduct Committee using the protocol number and password provided once your report is submitted.
âPlease note that consumer complaints, general questions, compliments, or suggestions should be directed to the appropriate service channels, not through this one, to avoid delays in handling your request.
