1995
Start of dial-up (dial-up) Internet operation.
1997
Acquisitions of other dial-up operations.
2000
Start of radio operations.
2001
Acquisitions of dial-up and broadband radio operations in other regions.
2003 a 2007
Foundation of Sim Telecomunicações S/A. with exchange of know-how, cooperation and experience with mergers and acquisitions.
2008 to 2011
Expansion of the network to more than 50 municipalities, start of service to the corporate market, management and excellence model: MPE Brasil, Gaúcho Quality and Productivity Award, start of strategic planning
2012 to 2013
Network expansion to 100 more municipalities, growth in corporate market share, beginning of service to ISPs and launch of the Ávato brand.
2014 to 2015
Beginning of the migration of networks to fiber optics, beginning of compliance with state-level contracts, expansion of licensed radio networks and migration of the backbone to Cisco MPLS.
2016 to 2017
Incorporation of the Compuline network within RS, acquisition and incorporation of ISP operations, including retail operations.
2018
Acquisitions and mergers of ISP operations and organizational restructuring to meet the evolution and scale leap foreseen in the strategic planning, including moving to new headquarters in Santa Maria, RS.
2019
Transformation of the holding company into S/A, unification of operations in the Internet Productive Chain concept and continuity of mergers with acquisitions and mergers of 12 ISP operations.
2020
Mergers and acquisitions of 4 more ISPs. Moving to the best and most renowned management systems: SAP S/4HANA and HCM Senior.
Opening of the main office of the Presidency of the Board of Directors in São Paulo, SP.
2021
Transfer of Gaúcha's assets to Brasil TecPar. Expansion to other states (SC, RJ, SP, MT and MS), with mergers and acquisitions of 14 ISPs.
Achieved ISO 27001, MANRS and GPTW certifications. We surpassed the mark of 300 thousand customers and we are more than 1,900 TecFriends.
We ended 2021 among the 15 largest internet operations in Brazil.
2022
Raising R$200 million in resources to support new organic and inorganic expansions.
Operational Efficiency, with the incorporation of 7 companies in a period of just 8 months
2023
Consolidation of market position by gaining the trust of 613,000 customers and ranking among the 10 largest telecommunications companies in the country. Expansion of network infrastructure by 48% and incorporation of six new operations, including in Minas Gerais.
2024
Significant expansion of the subscriber base in the Southern region of the country, with the acquisition of three companies, strengthening the company's presence.
Brasil TecPar joins the ranking of the 10 largest fixed broadband providers in Brazil.
2025
Integration of three new operations in Minas Gerais, consolidating the state as Brasil TecPar's main customer base and a benchmark in the number of accesses in the region.
Expansion to Goiás and the Federal District, marked by the largest transaction in terms of number of customers in the company's history.
